P.Y.T. is a vegetable-centered restaurant in downtown Los Angeles, inspired by a garden not far away. Caspian pink tomatoes, chocolate mint, marigolds, passion fruit, Japanese red mustard, Bright Lights Swiss chard, scarlet radishes, and purple top turnips grow on the hillside. Some days, there might be 35 pounds of tomatoes that seemed to appear overnight. So we make tomato tarts. And it tastes like summer forever.

PYT X RAW WINE WEEK

TUESDAY NOVEMBER 6-TUESDAY NOVEMBER 13

For the entire RAW Wine Week, Josef Centeno's PYT will be featuring an array of RAW Wine options from California and Oregon producers. PYT is a mostly vegetable restaurant in Downtown LA with an entirely domestic natural wine program. There will also be special RAW WINE options by the bottle to be paired with the daily changing menu of seasonal vegetable-based dishes featuring local farms.
